PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING, USING, OR PURCHASING ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ELEVATE VIDEO EDITING.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Elevate Video Editing (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) governing your access to and use of any and all digital products, online courses, resources, and materials purchased through our website or distributed through our online platform (collectively referred to as the “Course” or “Services”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using our digital products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not access or purchase our offerings.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials and content made available through Elevate Video Editing, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, worksheets, written content, branding assets, guides, PDFs, proprietary frameworks, and all accompanying materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Elevate Video Editing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the Course or content may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, mirrored, scraped, sold, rented, sublicensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party.
Violation of this clause may result in legal action to the fullest extent of applicable international laws.
2. USER CONDUCT & RESTRICTIONS
By using our Services, you agree that you will not, under any circumstance:
Copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any course material for commercial purposes;
Share your course login or personal access credentials with any other person or party;
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the content;
Claim ownership or authorship of any part of the course;
Use the materials for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
The unauthorized use of any content from Elevate Video Editing constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
3. PAYMENTS & FEES
All prices for Elevate Video Editing products and courses are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as SamCart and PayPal.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorize us (and/or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes and fees.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Course.
4. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Due to the instant, irrevocable access granted to our digital products and resources, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you forfeit any right to claim a refund or initiate a chargeback dispute. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the purchase is made.
You further agree not to dispute any charges via your payment provider and understand that any such dispute will be considered a breach of these Terms.
5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES & DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS
The content provided in our Courses is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing within our products constitutes legal, financial, business, or professional advice. While strategies and tools may be shared to support your growth, we make no guarantees about your results, performance, or earnings.
Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of past results are not indicative of guaranteed outcomes. Your success depends entirely on your own actions, consistency, and application of the material.
You acknowledge that Elevate Video Editing is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided in our materials.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Elevate Video Editing regarding your use of the Course. It supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
